How much is the entrance to Playland?

What should I bring to Playland?
Playland is a casual, family-oriented environment. We suggest you dress comfortably, wear good walking shoes and check the local weather report before you leave for Playland. We ask that you not wear clothing that includes, but is not limited to: Clothing with inappropriate words, phrases and/or graphics.
Can you smoke at Playland?
These are posted at each ride and throughout the park to ensure safety. Smoking, food, gum and drinks are NOT allowed on rides or ride lines as they pose safety and choking hazards.
Is Playland Open in 2021?
After over a year of closure due to the pandemic, Playland Park in Rye is once again welcoming visitors. Beginning Saturday, the amusement park known for its Dragon Coaster, Dragonator and The Plunge, will be open for the 2021 summer season.

Can you use cash at Playland?
Playland uses cashless procedures on site for retail and food and beverage. We accept credit/debit and recommend that you use your tap enabled cards, or Apple Pay/Google Pay on your mobile device. For the safety of all of our guests and team members, outside food and beverage will not be permitted on site.
Can you bring bags to Playland?
We recommend that you secure all unnecessary valuables in the trunk of your vehicle or store articles in lockers, which are located upon entrance of our Playland main gate and by every Guest Services Centre. For safety reasons, bags are NOT permitted on rides.
Is Playland Beach free?

Are there any drawbacks to Playland Park?
Playland Park offers a great variety of rides and entertainment for all ages. Our kids are young and their offerings for small kids are plentiful. The biggest drawback is the staff who supervise the rides.

Apple Pie Tree. This is the Apple Pie Tree where all of the apple pies grow and you can sit down to eat in the playland at a flower table. There were other types of tables as well. There was even a train with dining cars to eat on in the playland.
