When COVID-19 hit, corporate employees at Tervis shifted toward working remotely. The change went over so well that Tervis concluded it no longer needed its 119,000-square-foot facility on 12.5 acres in Venice at 201 Triple Diamond Blvd.
How do I exchange Tervis?
You may return products with a receipt or packing slip within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the sale price and tax. After receiving returned products, it may take up to 10 days to be processed. A refund will be credited to you 5-7 days after the return is processed.
How do you fix a cloudy Tervis Tumbler?
If at any time you run your drinkware through the dishwasher and there is a residue or haze, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent. If the haziness does not go away, try using a very small amount of baking soda and a soft, wet cloth. Check for Microwave Safety on bottom of tumbler.
