What are Zylet eye drops used to treat?
This medication is used to treat conditions involving swelling (inflammation) of the eyes and to treat or prevent bacterial eye infections. This product contains tobramycin, an antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria.
How do you use Zylet?
Dosage for Zylet The recommended dose of Zylet is one or two drops applied into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) every four to six hours. During the initial 24 to 48 hours, the dosing may be increased, to every one to two hours.
When should I stop Zylet?
Stop using this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have: eye swelling, redness, severe discomfort, crusting or drainage (may be signs of infection); blurred vision, eye pain, or seeing halos around lights; a cloudy or hazy appearance over your eye or in your vision; or.

Adults and children 1 year of age and older—Use 1 drop in the affected eye every two to four hours, while you are awake, for two days. Then, use 1 drop in each eye four times a day for up to five more days.
